Downtown Sugar Hill has doubled in size in five years, with thriving local restaurants, small businesses in and around the center point of town; the E Center.

The City welcomes a 16-mile Greenway, Cadence, and Holbrook. As a celebration of this heritage, the City of Sugar Hill is building a 9.2-acre park named “Gold Mine Park,” which will serve as a trail head to the Sugar Hill Greenway.
