Live The Sweet Life

Sugar Hill has been around since the city was established in 1939, now over 80 later it has flourished into the premier destination for business, entertainment, and residence in Gwinnett County.

Downtown Sugar Hill has doubled in size in five years, with thriving local restaurants, small businesses in and around the center point of town; the E Center.

The City welcomes a 16-mile Greenway, Cadence, and Holbrook. As a celebration of this heritage, the City of Sugar Hill is building a 9.2-acre park named “Gold Mine Park,” which will serve as a trail head to the Sugar Hill Greenway.

If you choose Sugar Hill, come live in one of our downtown residences and watch magic come to life.
